A welfare package designed to meet the requirements of the Engineering Construction Sector Agreement (ECSA) for Hinkley Point C.

The scheme provides sick pay for employees according to their site grade
Up to 26 weeks sick pay in a 52 week period
7 day qualifying period
Paid in addition to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP)
Sick Pay rates in accordance with the ECSA
Provides a benefit payment if an employee suffers an accident or is permanently disabled from working
Benefit levels comply with the Hinkley Point ECSA
The Hinkley Point Benefits Scheme provides the death in service benefits specified by the Hinkley Point C ECSA under a group life insurance policy.
The benefit is payable for death by any cause.
